Shepherds of Good Hope

About

Shepherds of Good Hope fosters hope and reduces harm in Ottawa by supporting people experiencing homelessness and vulnerable adults in our community through specialized services, programs and partnerships. Our vision: Homes for all. Community for all. Hope for all.

Off-Site Volunteering

  • Homeless & Housing
  • Up to 20 volunteers
  • No minimum donation

Circles of friends, work colleagues, university and service clubs, classes, faith groups, families, and neighbours can all find volunteer opportunities at Shepherds of Good Hope.

Your group can help in a variety of ways, at locations all over the city, so you’re sure to find an opportunity that will make your group part of the greater good. Tell us about yourself, your group, and before you know it, you’ll be joining us in our goal to end chronic homelessness in Ottawa!

Please Note: Group volunteers must be a minimum of 18 years of age to volunteer without parental or school supervision. If you have people under the age of 18 who want to make a difference, please contact us by email at volunteer@sghottawa.com and we can discuss options with you.
