Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC) is a 501c3 nonprofit food rescue organization that aims to eliminate food insecurity by being a critical link between excess food and the people who need it most.
Pick up food from a food donor such as a restaurant or office and deliver it to a local non-profit recipient.
Rescues can be done on foot using a cart, or with a car. Typically takes about an hour or less for most rescues.
Food rescue events take place throughout the morning, day, and night, seven days a week. Whether it’s once a month, week, or day, we always need your help as we work to provide a reliable food rescue service to reduce food waste and hunger in our communities!
