About
We are a non-profit community of organizers and volunteers delivering groceries, prescriptions, and other necessities to the elderly, sick, homebound, and people with disabilities.
We are committed to fighting food insecurity. That’s why we also partner with food pantries, mutual aid groups, and religious institutions to deliver free food to people in need and address the injustice of food insecurity in New York City and beyond.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers with access to a car in the NYC area can sign up for scheduled deliveries from one of our food pantry partners, to make 4-6 pre-routed deliveries to households needing food.
Presently we serve about 150 participants between the ages 6 and 35 who have a range of physical and neurological disabilities.
Volunteer Opportunities
We have the following volunteer opportunities available:
– Group Counselors
– Swim Volunteers
– Arts and Crafts Volunteers
– Soccer Volunteers
– Basketball Volunteers
– Yoga Volunteers
– Dance Volunteers
These volunteer opportunities occur every Saturday on academic semesters.
