About Frontier College
Frontier College is a national, non-profit literacy organization. We believe literacy is a right, and we work together with volunteers and community partners to help children, youth and adults build the skills and confidence they need to accomplish their goals. We value mutual respect and collaboration in all our relationships.
We are looking for amazing volunteers like you to help us support our literacy programs. Frontier College volunteers typically do 2 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have migrated all our activities online and now offer digital literacy support to our learners in Montreal. Please note that volunteers must reside in Canada.
We are especially looking for volunteers who are bilingual (English and French) in order to help our anglophone learners with their French skills. We are also looking for volunteers who are comfortable helping our learners in Math, Science and History at the secondary and high school level. Join our team and make a difference in your community!
