Vision: “No one in our community will be homeless.” Our mission is to provide safe shelter, and to offer programs and services in support of the hopes and needs of people dealing with life issues.
Volunteer Opportunities
Cambridge Shelter Corporation values the participation of volunteers in accomplishing its mission and providing its programs and services. Volunteers bring unique talents and gifts that offer hope and encouragement in a compassionate, caring manner. We recognize that Cambridge Shelter Corporation could not provide its services and programming without volunteers. We are very fortunate to have a very committed core of community volunteers that contribute to providing safe shelter and offering programs and services in support of the hopes and needs of people dealing with challenging life circumstances.
We strive to provide a fun and enriching experience for our volunteers in a safe, positive, team-oriented environment.
Ways to be involved:
- Assisting with Meals
- Fundraising Events
- Share a Skill (art, music, crafts, entertainment, meditation, socializing through board games, cards, discussion, etc.)
- Volunteering as a group Whether you are a group that is faith-based, from a business, students, family or friends, we welcome your help and donation of time.
