About the Calgary Corporate Challenge
Calgary Corporate Challenge is a non-profit organization that hosts numerous events throughout the year to promote team building and employee engagement in local companies. Everything from trivia nights to Human Bonspiel (picture curling with people as rocks!). We also host an annual 16-day event called the September Games that includes 22+ Sports & Games and Social Events that welcome over 150 Calgary companies to various venues around the city.
Volunteer Opportunities – 18+
We’re looking for people to join our Primary Volunteer team. These volunteers will represent Calgary Corporate Challenge at our events, particularly during the September Games. As a staff of four, we rely heavily on our Primary Volunteers to be on-site contacts and leaders.
We have several different opportunities available:
1. Event Coordinator – will coordinate the organization of the events, scorekeeping/tracking
2. Registration Coordinator – will coordinate the check-in/registration at the events
3. Logistics Team Member – will help set-up/takedown large-scale events (early mornings, heavy lifting)
4. Event Photographer – will help us capture the fun and spirit of our events
This is a great opportunity to build a network of connections at our events! Our audience includes companies from various industries and demographics, and the participants are all just out there to have fun and meet new people.
