We bring healthy food to Silicon Valley. Due to the prohibitively expensive cost of living in Silicon Valley and the economic downturn caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Second Harvest is now serving an average of about 500,000 people every month. Our mission is to end hunger in our community.
Off-Site Volunteering

We have opportunities for everyone: individuals, families, community organizations and corporate groups. You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer in our warehouse (ages 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult). Most volunteer opportunities are 2-3 hours in length and do not require a regular commitment.
