Invest in the future of our planet while growing your team’s synergy. Our seed germination & sustainability initiative is a high-impact, 2-hour activity that bridges the gap between office collaboration and global reforestation, in partnership with One Tree Planted.

How it Works: From tiny seeds to global forests - his isn't just about planting; it’s about understanding our footprint and taking collective action

The Germination Lab: Teams follow expert instructions to prepare 12 tree seed germination kits in specialized "mini-warehouses." These are returned to us to be nurtured into saplings and planted by our reforestation partners.
The Eco-Trivia Challenge: Shift gears into a high-energy, competitive game to test your team’s knowledge of the environment and planet Earth.
The Time Capsule: Teams brainstorm actionable ways to reduce their ecological footprint. You’ll select a few, document them, and create a digital time capsule to be reopened on next year’s Earth Day to track your progress.

What’s Included: 12 Tree Seed Germination Kits per box: Everything needed to start a new forest. Planet Earth Trivia & Strategy Materials: A complete kit for the competitive gaming segment. Wildflower "Take-Home" Packets: Pollinator-friendly seeds for every participant to plant in their own community. Self-Guided or Facilitated: Easy-to-follow instructions for a DIY event or the option for a live host to lead the session. Cultivate teamwork that lasts for generations.

Each session is fully equipped to spark both competition and conservation. Each box provides 12 Tree Seed Germination Kits—containing everything needed to plant the seeds that will be returned and planted by One Tree Planted. Our planet earth trivia materials are included for fun/gaming component. To ensure the impact extends beyond the office, every participant also receives a pollinator-friendly wildflower "take-home" packet to plant in their own community.
