Marketing Director
The Marketing Director’s primary duty is to oversee the marketing department. This responsibility involves assessing and creating HHH’s marketing plan and marketing strategy, and then planning, coordinating, and directing marketing efforts. This involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ unique marketing techniques. He/She will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. Must be able to articulate the mission and vision of the HHH organization when speaking with potential volunteers, donors, and clients.
Social Media Assistant
The Social Media Assistant’s role is to provide online fundraising and marketing support for Help Heal Humanity. The candidate will have experience with online fundraising and marketing strategy and best practices, particularly with producing content that acquires new email subscribers, and activates constituents to engage with content and donate. They shall provide strategic, tactical, production and project management services to support and assist with online marketing initiatives for HHH.

Grant Writer
A Grant Writer is responsible for finding funding opportunities for the Help Heal Humanity organization and writing polished proposals to earn grant money. Their duties include researching deadlines, drafting grant requests and submitting reports for approval.
An effective Grant Writer should have excellent research and communication skills. They should be able to clearly communicate in both written and verbal communication, especially in grant proposals, as this is their primary duty. Must be able to articulate the mission and vision of the HHH organization.
Content Writer
A Content Writer is responsible for using the written word to share information about the Help Heal Humanity organization. An effective Content Writer is responsible for style and format consistency across all projects and communicates with other team members to create the best content possible.
Responsibilities include preparing document outlines, updating content based on edit requests and proofreading their work for tone, style, clarity, grammar and formatting. Write engaging, compelling long-form content that fulfills the requirements of the target audience. Provide well-researched written content through a variety of mediums, translating technical content into well-understood information utilizing our organizational tone of voice and writing style. Must be able to articulate the mission and vision of the HHH organization.
Director of Art for Humanity
The Director of Art for Help Heal Humanity will coordinate all outreach programs to secure art events that fundraise for HHH. The Director will also set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project to the HHH board members and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within expectations. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill Help Heal Humanity’s outreach needs.
Director of Business for Humanity
Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential business outlets and other trade factors. Duties include identifying business opportunities, searching for potential clients to generate income and attract new partnerships to our organization. Position will also require educating businesses on Help Heal Humanity, what we stand for and persuading them to make us their charity of choice to donate to in the years to come.
Director of Dining for Humanity
Our dining for humanity planner will be responsible for structuring all Help Heal Humanities dining and entertainment events. They will coordinate all the moving parts and ensures everyone has a great time at the event. The dining for humanity director will coordinate everything involved in making sure these events go smoothly, including choosing locations, hiring caterers, entertainment, and other vendors.
Director of Education for Humanity
The Director of Education for Help Heal Humanity will coordinate all outreach programs to secure educational partnerships between mentors and vulnerable communities. The Director will also set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project to the HHH board members and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within expectations. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill Help Heal Humanity’s outreach needs.
Director of Food for Humanity
The Director of Food for Help Heal Humanity will coordinate all outreach programs, community services, organize small groups of volunteers, receive, and distribute all food donations, coordinate the pickup and deliveries of food to all perspective receivers. The Director will also set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project to the HHH board members and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within expectations. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill Help Heal Humanity’s outreach needs.
Director of Shop for Humanity
The Director of Shop for Help Heal Humanity will coordinate all outreach programs to secure retailers to select HHH as their charity of choice to donate a portion of proceeds / excess inventory. The Director will also set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project to the HHH board members and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within expectations. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill Help Heal Humanity’s outreach needs.
Director of Sports for Humanity
The Director of Sports for Help Heal Humanity will coordinate all outreach programs to secure sports teams / athletes to select HHH as their charity of choice to donate their time in sports events to fundraise for HHH. The Director will also set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project to the HHH board members and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within expectations. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill Help Heal Humanity’s outreach needs.
