CITYarts engages youth with professional artists in the creation of public art, including murals and mosaics. Through this creative process, CITYarts empowers, educates, and connects youth and children locally and around the world to become active participants in realizing their potential and transforming communities.
Les possibilités de bénévolat
Volunteers can help facilitate art workshops with youths, and they can be a huge help on our large mural workdays, taking place all around New York City. They can support artists and students alike by helping with materials, the actual painting of the mural, and/or with cleanup. Volunteers can also help with in-office clerical tasks at the CITYarts office on Bleecker Street, in Greenwich Village.
